In Assumption 1, |$\delta=o(K^{-1})$| should read |$\max_{1\le j\le K}|\kappa_{j+1}-2\kappa_j+\kappa_{j-1}|=o(K^{-1})$|. At the typesetting stage an error occurred while adding parentheses; throughout the paper it should be |$n^{1/(2q)-1}\lambda^{-1/(2q)}$| instead of |$n^{1/(2q-1)}\lambda^{-1/(2q)}$…
