Multiview datasets are common in scientific and engineering applications, yet existing fusion methods offer limited theoretical guarantees, particularly in the presence of heterogeneous and high-dimensional noise. We propose Generalized Robust Adaptive-Bandwidth Multiview Diffusion Maps (GRAB-MDM), a new kernel-based diffusion geometry framework for integrating multiple noisy data sources. The key innovation of GRAB-MDM is a view-dependent bandwidth selection strategy that adapts to the geometry and noise level of each view, enabling a stable and principled construction of multiview diffusion operators. Under a common-manifold model, we establish asymptotic convergence results and show that the adaptive bandwidths lead to provably robust recovery of the shared intrinsic structure, even when noise levels and sensor dimensions differ across views. Numerical experiments and two real data analyses demonstrate that GRAB-MDM significantly improves robustness and embedding quality compared with existing algorithms. The proposed framework offers a practical and theoretically grounded solution for multiview sensor fusion in high-dimensional noisy environments.

We propose sieve wild bootstrap analogues to the adaptive Lasso solution path unit root tests of Arnold and Reinschlüssel (2024) arXiv:2404.06205 to improve finite sample properties and extend their applicability to a generalised framework, allowing for non-stationary volatility. Numerical evidence shows the bootstrap to improve the tests' precision for error processes that promote spurious rejections of the unit root null, depending on the detrending procedure. The…

Quantile regression has received considerable attention in high dimensional methodology due to its robustness and ability to accommodate heteroskedasticity. Despite this attention, current inferential methods for high dimensional quantile regression have significant limitations---only testing significance, testing at a single quantile at a time, or assuming homoskedasticity. To generalize the inferences that can be drawn in high dimensional quantile regression, we introduce…
RBF 核高斯过程最大似然估计的精确渐近理论
Gaussian processes (GPs) are widely used across machine learning, spatial statistics, time-series analysis, optimization, Bayesian statistics, and scientific applications. A central component of a GP model is its kernel, which is typically specified through a parametric family. Among the most widely used choices is the radial basis function (RBF), also known as the squared exponential or Gaussian kernel, owing to its simple form, smoothness, and flexibility. In practice, the…

With the growing prevalence of streaming data, renewable estimation has become an important tool for updating statistical analyses without retaining historical raw observations. We study estimation and linear hypothesis testing in high-dimensional online M-estimation. Existing renewable procedures based on quadratic approximations can incur first-order approximation errors because the gradient of the unpenalized loss generally does not vanish at a preceding penalized…

This paper develops a framework for estimation and inference on the volumes of sets that are projections of critical function sets, focusing particularly on the convex body beneath the optimal receiver operating characteristic (ROC) surface. Specifically, we propose a volume calculation method that first uses an Aumann expectation representation and then applies Minkowski mixed volumes. Using this framework, we show that the population volume under the ROC surface (VUS) is…

Goodness-of-fit testing is a basic tool for assessing whether a fitted procedure has captured the systematic information contained in the covariates. While traditional theory has largely focused on parametric regression models, modern data analysis increasingly relies on flexible black-box learners, whose predictive success alone is insufficient to assess model accuracy. In this paper, we propose SPARK, a general framework for goodness-of-fit testing that applies to…
